How to describe us

One line

Klaie is a permission-aware AI workspace for companies.

Short

Klaie is a permission-aware AI workspace for companies. It answers from your documents, apps and the web with citations, and checks each person's access before a model reads anything.

Long

Klaie (pronounced “clay”) is a permission-aware AI workspace for companies. Ask a question and it answers from your documents, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, 150+ other apps and the web, with a citation for every claim. Access is checked before a model reads anything, so everyone gets the answer they're allowed to see, and nothing more. Klaie also makes the work that follows, including PowerPoint decks, Word documents and Excel models, and offers a private Sensitive tier for confidential work. It's built in Hyderabad, India, and is free during early access.

Logos

  • Keep clear space around the logo, at least the height of the k.

  • Don't put it on busy photos or colors that fight the clay.

Voice

  • Plain words. Say what it does, the way you'd tell a colleague.
  • Specific over grand. “Checks access before a model reads anything” beats “enterprise-grade security”.
  • Calm and sure. No hype, no exclamation marks.
  • Only true things. If the product doesn't do it yet, we don't say it.
