Every plan includes some Sensitive on Klaie's shared server, within its usage limits. On Enterprise you can have a private server of your own. Either way, nothing reaches an outside AI provider.

Questions
Is Klaie free right now?
Yes. Klaie is free during early access, within the usage limits shown in the product, and no card is needed. We'll give administrators at least 30 days' notice before any fees start, and nothing is charged unless your organization chooses a paid plan.
How does model routing work?
Pick a tier (Klaie 1 for frontier work, Kai 1 for advanced work, Mol 1 for fast answers) and Klaie sends each request to the model best suited to it: writing, analysis, coding, research or data. You never have to choose between providers, and when a model is slow or down the request moves to the next best one. On Enterprise, priority routing sends every request to the most capable model in its tier.
What is Sensitive mode, and how is it different on each plan?
Sensitive mode answers on private models Klaie runs itself: nothing in the conversation goes to an outside AI provider, and Sensitive chats stay marked as Sensitive. Team includes limited Sensitive usage. Business includes more, and Sensitive can read your connected apps for higher-quality private answers. On Enterprise, Sensitive can run on a private server of your own, on Klaie's server or yours, with the most capable private models we deploy for you.

What do Business and Enterprise add for agents and connectors?
Team connects Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and 50 popular apps, such as Slack, Notion, GitHub and Zoom. Business connects every app Klaie supports (150+), including Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk and ServiceNow, and its agents chain more steps in a single request, such as finding a thread in Gmail, checking the deal in HubSpot and drafting the follow-up. Enterprise adds the longest workflows and custom connectors to your internal systems.
Monthly or yearly?
Yearly billing costs less: Team is $20 instead of $25 per member per month, and Business $37 instead of $45, up to 20% off. It's paid a year at a time.
Who counts as a member?
On a paid plan, everyone active in the workspace: owners, admins, members and guests. People you remove or suspend aren't billed.
What happens when someone reaches a limit?
Their chats, documents and shared work stay available; new requests wait until their 5-hour or weekly window resets.
