What it makes
Ask for the board deck. Get a deck you can send.
Klaie turns an answer into the thing you were going to make with it: a PowerPoint deck, a Word document or an Excel model with working formulas. It drafts from the files you can open and cites where each number came from.
Here's a 9-slide board update. Revenue and margin come from the FY26 annual report1; the hosting-cost slide uses the Q3 cost review2, so finance may want to check the forecast.
Files you can actually send.
Real Office files
Decks download as PowerPoint, documents as Word and spreadsheets as Excel. Anything can be exported as a PDF.
Formulas that work
Spreadsheets keep live formulas, so a forecast is something you can change, not a picture of a table.
Designed for the content
Klaie picks a theme, layouts, icons, charts and pictures to suit what the deck says, and keeps text inside the slide.
Versioned and shareable
Every change is a new version. Share a link with your team or download the file.
From question to file in one conversation
Ask a question, read the answer, then ask for the deck. Klaie keeps the sources from the conversation, so the slides cite the same documents the answer did. Ask for changes in plain words: shorter, a chart instead of a table, a different order, a darker theme.
What Klaie can make
Each file opens in a preview next to the conversation, where you can read it, ask for edits and download it.
- Presentations: board updates, pitch decks, project reviews, training slides
- Documents: reports, proposals, briefs, policies and meeting notes
- Spreadsheets: forecasts, budgets, trackers and comparison tables with working formulas
- Charts, plus pictures for slides from photo search or image generation
Confidential files too
In Sensitive mode, Klaie still makes documents, decks and spreadsheets, using only the files you can open and without calling any outside service.
Questions people ask
Can I edit the files Klaie makes?
Yes. Ask for changes in the conversation, or download the PowerPoint, Word or Excel file and edit it in Office, Google Slides, Docs or Sheets.
Where does the content come from?
From the sources you point Klaie at or that it finds for you: your uploaded files, connected apps you can access, and the web when it's allowed. Facts and figures carry citations back to those sources.
Do the spreadsheets have real formulas?
Yes. Totals, growth rates and other calculated cells are Excel formulas, so changing an input updates the model.
Can I share a deck without sending a file?
Yes. Share a link to it instead, within your organization or with anyone who has the link, depending on what your organization allows.
