Is employee data sent to OpenAI or other AI providers?

Not in Sensitive mode, which uses a private model on infrastructure Klaie operates and never falls back to a third-party provider.

Can employees see HR-only documents through Klaie?

No. Klaie checks each person's access in the search itself, so restricted documents are never read on their behalf.

Does Klaie make HR decisions?

No. It summarizes, drafts and finds information. Decisions about people stay with your team.
