Microsoft 365
Ask Outlook, Teams and SharePoint in one question.
Connect your Microsoft account and Klaie searches your mail, chats, files and calendar together. It reads with your own access, asks only for read permissions, and cites the message, chat or file behind every answer.
The team agreed to move the launch from 3 to 17 November so support training can finish first1. The launch plan on SharePoint still shows the old date2.
Your Microsoft account, your access.
Reads as you
Klaie sees the mail, chats, files and calendars your own account can see, and nothing more.
Read-only permissions
Klaie asks Microsoft only for permission to read mail, chats, files, SharePoint sites and calendars.
Teams chats included
Search your Teams chats and meeting chats alongside your mail and documents.
Disconnect any time
Remove the connection in Klaie's settings or from your Microsoft account's apps page.
What Klaie asks Microsoft for
Each permission is shown in plain words before you connect:
- Outlook: read your email
- Teams: read your chats
- OneDrive: read files you can access
- SharePoint: read SharePoint sites you can access
- Calendar: read your calendars
One answer across Microsoft 365
A decision made in a Teams chat, the document it changed and the meeting where it comes up next usually live in three different places. Klaie searches them together, with your company's uploaded files and Google Workspace if you've connected it, and cites each one.
Questions people ask
Does Klaie need admin access to our Microsoft tenant?
No. Each person connects their own Microsoft account and Klaie reads with that person's access. Your organization's own consent settings still apply.
Can Klaie send email or Teams messages?
New connections are read-only. Klaie drafts replies, documents and summaries for you to send yourself.
Does it work with personal Microsoft accounts?
Yes, for Outlook mail, OneDrive and calendar. Teams chats and SharePoint need a work or school account.
