Routines
Ready before you are.
Routines are tasks Klaie runs on a schedule. Write the instructions once, choose when it runs, and the briefing, report or check-in is waiting for you.
Three customers replied yesterday; Acme asked about net-60 terms1. Two things are due this week: the Q3 board update on Thursday and Priya's onboarding plan on Friday2.
Set it once.
Schedules in plain words
Daily, weekdays, weekly or a custom schedule. Klaie handles the timing.
The same tools as a chat
A routine can search company files, read connected apps you can access and research the web.
Saved as a document
Have each run saved as a document, so last Monday's briefing is easy to find.
You approve what goes out
Reading and drafting just happen. Anything a routine wants to send or change waits for your approval.
Ideas for routines
Anything you'd otherwise ask for every morning or every Friday:
- A weekday-morning briefing on email and calendar
- A weekly summary of what changed in a project folder
- A monthly competitor and market check
- A Friday status report drafted from the week's documents
Safe to leave running
Routines run with the permissions of the person who set them up, so they can't read more than that person can. Actions that leave Klaie wait for a yes, and a routine in Sensitive mode can't send its results by email at all.
Questions people ask
Who can a routine read as?
The person who created it. It has exactly that person's access to files and connected apps.
What if a routine wants to send something?
It asks first. The run waits for your approval, and nothing is sent if you decline.
Can I pause or change a routine?
Yes. Edit the instructions or the schedule, pause it, or delete it from Tasks at any time.
